  • Ariel-Foundation Park, is 250-acres of adaptive reuse space located just steps from downtown Mount Vernon. With lakes, trails and unique landscapes, its the ideal spot for an afternoon rest or adventure. 


Local Tip: Need an afternoon walk? Stroll one of our three multi-use trails! Heart of Ohio Trail, Kokosing Gap Trail and Mohican Valley Trail provide 35 miles of paved trail across the county. Whether you walk, bike or roll, you're invited to explore a little longer.
