| Mount Vernon Players present Winter Fun Fest! Chase away the winter doldrums by coming out to The Place at the Woodward on one of the last Sundays of winter 2012. The Mount Vernon Players invite all current and future members to play some board games, share a pot luck meal, and find other friends with an interest in getting involved in Community Theater. There is no admission fee if you have paid your membership dues already for the year, or $5 for new members. If you're coming, please contact Dorothy Michalski to let her know what you'll be able to contribute to the pot luck meal (only because we don't want to have 4 pans of macaroni and cheese!). All ages welcome - this is a family-friendly event. Even if you don't want to get up on stage and perform with the Players, we can always use enthusiastic helpers back stage.
