The inn is situated on 45 wooded acres which are covered by rustic trails. We will continue to develop these trails throughout the coming years in order to share the beauty of the woodland wildflowers, the shade of the oak and maple trees, and the chance to see the occasional deer, mink or fox...and more recently, the bald eagle! The hills are rich in Native American history and we look forward to sharing with you the stories we have collected about the area. Perhaps we can sit with you by the fire pit one evening. It is our goal to operate in the most environmentally friendly way possible. There are 24 rooms, one room is handicap and wheel chair accessible with one queen size bed; 23 rooms feature 2 queen size beds. Linen and towels are provided.
The Lodge houses a meeting room with a maximum capacity of 100 people. A built-in sound system is available for use upon request for a minimal fee. The Conference room may be set up with table and chairs for business meetings & family reunions or with stadium style seating.

Warwick Farm has a 900 square foot one bedroom cottage available for weekend rental. We are conveniently located within minutes of Kenyon College, Mount Vernon Nazarene College, Mohican State Park and Malabar Farm. Mount Vernon is also a great home base for exploring Holmes County and the surrounding Amish country.
The cottage has a full gourmet kitchen, washer & dryer, walk in shower , queen size bed and a large living room/dining area. The house also has central air and DIRECT TV cable service. The kitchen is stocked with mineral water, coffee and tea. Wine, cheese/fruit plates and supplies for an organic farm breakfast complete with eggs from my flock can be provided for an additional charge, as well as any other special food requests.
