Located just 14 miles southwest of Mount Vernon, Centerburg's claim to fame is that it is the geographical center of Ohio. A close-knit village, that prides itself for rich agricultural history, a charming Main Street and the Heart of Ohio Trail that welcomes hundreds of trail-users and cyclists every year.

Not only does the village sit in the center of Ohio, but also is the center of the nationally recognize Ohio to Erie Trail system. The Ohio to Erie Trail is the 326-mile trail that connects Cleveland to Cincinnati. Trail-users are invited to stop at the Mid-Way Welcome Station, snap a selfie and head downtown for a bite.

Centerburg knows how to celebrate and invites you to join them annually for their Heart of Ohio USA Days Festival (June) and the Old Time Farming Festival (September). Both festivals include unique entertainment, parades, food trucks and fun for the entire family.
