You are invited to join us in our Worm Moon Winter Walk on the Heart of Ohio Trail, as we host the Early Bird Gets the Worm Moon event. The Worm Moon marks the end of the Winter Moons. On March 1, join us in another magical experience of the view of luminaries and the crispness of winter on the Heart of Ohio Trail. The walk will be led by Lori Totman, former Knox County Park District Director. On March 3, the Worm Moon as it it named by Native Americans, signifies the thawing of the ground, and the return of earthworms and birds with the arrival of spring, symbolizing renewal and our anticipation of warmer and longer days. We cordially invite you to join us in preparing a series of activities commemorating the Worm Moon, in collaboration with;
