This 5-course king’s table experience features hearty, elevated dishes perfectly paired with small-batch bourbons and craft beers. From bourbon-glazed pork belly to beer-braised brisket, each bite and sip is designed to delight.

Gather on the Mary Louetta Pavilion for a relaxed afternoon of good food, good drinks, and great company. Moved Indoors if poor weather conditions.

Slow-braised stout brisket on a toasted brioche slider bun, topped with a rich bourbon-spiked BBQ sauce. Served with hand cut fries & spicy ketchup.

Chocolate Stout Cake with Salted Caramel Bourbon Sauce
