Kids to Parks Day is a national day of outdoor play celebrated annually on the third Saturday of May. The day connects kids and families with their local, state, and national parks and public lands through hundreds of park events that promote discovery and exploration in the great outdoors. Fish & Game Association Youth Fishing Derby
with poles and bait provided from 10:00am-12:00pm and 1:00pm-4:00pm

Cub Scout Packs and Scouting America Troops
with inflatable archery, BB guns, scout activities & games from 10:00am-2:00pm

Knox County Head Start’s 60th Birthday Celebration
with petting zoo, bounce house, games, activities, and more from 1:00pm-4:00pm

Plus PAK United Tent with Nova, MVFD Fire Truck, hot dogs provided by the Exchange Club, and park tours from 1:00pm-4:00pm!
