Join us as we host a Snow Moon Winter Walk on the Heart of Ohio Trail.
On February 1st, enjoy an experience that combines the serene beauty of a moonlit night with the crisp, invigorating chill of winter. The Snow Moon, which typically occurs in February, is anticipated to cast a gentle, silvery glow over the snow-covered landscape. Whether you're alone, with a companion, or with your family, a winter walk under the Snow Moon invites you to pause and appreciate the quiet beauty of the season, offering a moment of calm and wonder in the midst of winter's embrace.
This event is in collaboration with other businesses to create an evening of activities and refreshments. Enjoy over 50 luminaries being placed by volunteers of the Heart of Ohio Trail as they illuminate the night walk, led by former Knox County Park District Director Lori Totman. Staff from the Centerburg Public Library will lead a small activity for those who wish to participate. Follow our event for more details to follow.
Attendees will gather in the N Hartford Avenue parking lot facing the Heart of Ohio Trail.
