This original show is a tribute to those jazz orchestras, crooners, and pop vocalists who provided the romantic musical backdrop for one of our country's most evolutionary eras. Mount Vernon's own women's barbershop chorus is set to deliver crowd-pleasing arrangements of familiar classics with the chord-busting harmonies they do best. From wistful wartime ballads to rug-cutting boogie-woogie tunes, this dynamic, yet intimate, matinee performance will usher you back to the love songs of Glenn Miller, Benny Goodman, Ella Fitzgerald, Frank Sinatra, Bing Crosby, and more.
