Come enjoy a wonderfully prepared 4 course meal. Each course will be paired with wine crafted by KnoxView Farm Winery. 

Take some time and enjoy a lovely evening. Come alone, with friends, or with a special loved one. Get a bit dressed up if you would like and make it extra special. The Spanish Cuisine will tantalize your taste buds and the wine...my oh my, the wine will make your senses giddy.

In the event of inclement weather, the event will be moved inside the winery production area.

Be prepared to answer 3 questions at the time of check out. To match the wine to the diner (not the dinner), there will be a choice of a Sweeter List or a Drier Wine List for each guest. You will choose your salad & entree as well.
