Owner + Operator, Lisa Jacobs, brings her recipes and handmade goodness from Happy Owl Mobile Bakery to this new concept; offering a wide variety of other local made foods and gifts. "We've got items for people grabbing lunch on the go from a local Chef, we've got gifts from local artisans, hand-made popsicles for the kids and something fresh for everyone!", said Jacobs. "We even look forward to using our space for classes or events."

Lisa Jacobs is the owner and operator of Happy Owl Mobile Bakery committed to bringing lovingly baked breads and pastries made from local ingredients to the central Ohio locavore movement. Lisa has partnered with local millers who provide locally grown and milled high quality flour for exceptional results. She also partners with honey producers, orchards, vegetable and chicken farmers, and dairies to incorporate the freshest local ingredients in all her baked goods.
