The Parisian style Galerie Suite is located above an art gallery owned by two local artists. The gallery leads to a rear staircase, where original stain glass windows set the stage for the second and third floor guest bedrooms.

The space

Guests are welcomed by the artists most of the time , it depends on how late you arrive plus being careful with the coronavirus,and are given a bottle of wine, a loaf of homemade bread,and artisan cheese. Weekend guests are also welcome to browse the Gallery if they wish. Our location also provides direct access to the many shops, antique stores, and restaurants of historic downtown Mt. Vernon. There is also high speed internet in the Suite.

Guest access

Guests enter from the back through a locked gate where there is a small garden, patio, and the back door to the apartment which has a self check in key pad. There is free parking available behind the building, and free parking on the street. No smoking is allowed within the apartment.

Other things to note

Reservations may be made up to one year in advance. Taxes are included in the price.
There are steps to go up to the second and third floors. They are a little on the steep side. There is a TV with Roku but it is a small one.
