• Explore the hand-crafted goods and shops in Mount Vernon, Fredericktown, Centerburg and Danville.

• Imagine and play at Harmony Playground at Memorial Park.

• Bring your kayak or canoe to use the ADA-accessible launch at Ariel-Foundation Park.

• Enjoy the wildlife at Honey Run Waterfalls (ADA-Accessible deck) and at the North Branch of Kokosing Lake (ADA-Accessible trail).

Nature Lovers

• Explore Honey Run Waterfalls.

• Plan a guided hike at The Brown Family Environmental Center (don't miss the Nature Play Trail and Labyrinth Trail).

• Enjoy 35-miles of multi-use paved trails in Knox County. Whether you walk, bike or roll, explore Mohican Valley Trail, Heart of Ohio Trail and Kokosing Gap Trail.

Thrill Seekers

• Axe marks the spot! Take your best shot and throw a few at Summit Axe Throwing.

• Tube down the Kokosing River with Kokosing Valley Camp & Canoe. Local tip: When you finish on the river, hit the putt-putt course.

• Challenge the family to a game of paint ball at Crosshairs Paintball.
